This JUST IN! ! ! This week, we are doing something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT here at Pick Up Labs. Normally, you come here to see an opener, a routine, ways to kino, and so on. Not this week. This week, we are keeping our EYES on the PRIZE. YOU!
Now, how are we going about this? Easy. We are going to have a SCAVENGER HUNT. This was something that I came up with on the Stylelife Forums a while back and there really isn’t a better time to bring it out, than around Halloween. And guess what. To the one that completes everything and racks up the most points before Monday, OCTOBER 26th before 10pm PST, WINS. . .
What does this person WIN?!?!? Well, I could tell ya here, but what fun would that be? I will say, it will be really cool and it is JUST IN TIME for the release of RULES OF THE GAME 2.0 (hitting bookstores October 27th). I’m sure you guys remember a few months ago we got a sneak peak at a few of the routines and openers that were in the book. There are so many more routines to be seen (like compliance tests, Kiss Closes, and 3-somes). You gotta check the new book out.

This is something out of the norm for Pick Up Labs, but we all have to step out of the comfort zone from time to time. Why shouldn’t we? Have fun with this, because it’s the way it should always be. Take it to the field and win this. My jaw seriously dropped when I found out what the prize would be. This is going to be AWESOME.

OK, I need a couple days beyond Oct 26. Next week is my birthday. I intend on doing every line in the treasure hunt and will video tape it…I hired a camera man to help. But, I need a couple days extra to get it all uploaded and categorized on Youtube.

Ahahah. I read Prodigy’s FR on stylelife.com. I just wanted to add that I too found out you cannot take pictures…(or video, stupid technicalities) in Spencers. >< But success non the less.

OK. I tried hard to accomplish all. I got a lot of it done. got four pictures, and a double kiss picture…all will be available when I get them online.
THis gave me a fun excuse to open several sets, even on a street corner. THe looks on the faces of WAshington lobbyists when I asked a group of them whether any had at least four tatoos. ONe admitted to it, but refused to show them because of their locations. BUt I did pull her to take the picture of me buying gum while not wearing shoes.

Interesting story about that pic.
Here’s the story behind it:
I meet up with Freeze and Rocky in DuPont. We take a cab to a hangout that has been productive in the past. (Before I go on, I need to tell you, I am wearing a foil “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” streamer as a sash, because we are celebrating my birthday.)
We walk to sit down on a bench and these three guys invite us into the VIP section. Rocky and Freeze lead and I follow, delaying only because I am trying to figure out how they know us.
They meld into the group. Then, some blond mother hen stops me and asks what I am doing here.
“I was told to come up here.”
“By who?”
“You mean by ‘WHOM’. I don’t know. I can barely see in here.”
“You need to leave. Now…go…now…”
Before she melts into a rape scream, I interrupt. “OK, cool, just let me get my buddies and we’re outta here.”
“No..go..now.”
I turn to a guy beside her and say, “Calm her down. I am grabbing my friends and we’ll leave.” I turn and pull Rocky and Freeze out before they get dumped by a bouncer.
Dejected, trying to figure out what to do, I sit on the bench I originally intended to sit. No sooner did I pull my cowboy hat over my face, to relax enough to recover, that the two hotties from the photo sit beside me, ask to take a photo, to which I agree, then ask to take the photo above…a third girl taking the photo.
They then invite us back up. I tell them that mother hen told us no. They say to tell her Sarah said it was ok…it was Sarah’s birthday, and she was one oft he one’s in the photo.
So, I grab the guys and back up we go. I grab a seat and open the girl next to me. She did a scavenger list item, the four tats, but refused the photo.
Mother hen comes behind me. I tell her Sarah told me to come back up. She left. I was dehydrating so I went to the bar to get a Coke. Before I get back, Freeze and Rocky were walking to find me. While I was gone, two guys stopped Freeze. When he told them Sarah said we could join the party, they asked Sarah’s last name. None of us knew so they asked the guys to leave.
Thrown out of the same party…TWICE, in 15 minutes. That has to be a record of some sort.
It was midnight, so we headed to a local spot for a cigar and somethign to eat.
BTW, I got the number of all girls who participated in all of the pics or took pics for me.

Lot’s edited out in order to “get to the point”. Filmed on sight, by me. All cold approached people and people I didn’t previously know. The single exception is the curly blond who bites my neck. I “picked” her up when we tested Drewder’s rockstar handshake….then she invited some friends over for the scavenger hunt. Needless to say the played along!

nice work, guys. I didn’t participate – I’m still working on overcoming my AA – but watching the videos is helping.
